Sterling is committed to conducting business in accordance with the letter and spirit of the law and the high standards of ethical business conduct reflected in Company policies.

In today’s climate, the standards and expectations for responsible business conduct are more demanding than ever. That is where this Code of Business Conduct comes in.

The Code is a resource to help each of us: (1) Understand and apply the key compliance and integrity rules that apply to our jobs (2) Know where we can go for guidance if we are ever unclear about the right course of action.

Condigo de Conducta Empresarial

Sterling se compromete a operar de acuerdo con la letra y el espíritu de las leyes, y con los altos principios éticos de la conducta empresarial reflejados en las políticas de la Compañía.

En el contexto actual, las normas y expectativas en torno a la conducta empresarial responsable son más exigentes que nunca. Esa es la razón que dio origen a este Código de conducta empresarial.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc., and each of its subsidiaries (“Sterling” or the “Company“) believe that ethical business practices and compliance with laws are essential to the successful conduct of its business. As our business partners, Sterling likewise expects its suppliers, agents, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and joint venture partners (together referred to as “Suppliers”) to hold and act upon those beliefs.

The information contained in this Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code“) is not a comprehensive, full, or complete explanation of all of the policies, laws, and regulations that may apply to a Supplier as a supplier of materials or services to Sterling.
