Sterling Construction Company, Inc. Reschedules Earning Release And Conference Call

Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) (“Sterling” or “the Company”), today announced that it will delay its earnings release and conference call for the second quarter, which had previously been scheduled for August 10, 2015. Sterling now intends to release financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2015 after the market closes on Monday, August 10, 2015.
Sterling’s management will host a conference call on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at 11:00 am ET/10:00 am CT to discuss the second quarter results as well as recent corporate developments. Please call in 10 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin and ask for the Sterling Construction call. Following opening remarks, there will be a question and answer session.
